Assessment of flora, fauna, and trails in the Cochamó Valley

Study assessing the flora, fauna, camping areas, and trail system in the Cochamó Valley

The information was gathered primarily through scientific and qualitative social research methodologies, as outlined in the original proposal and partially applied during three exploratory research campaigns carried out in February and April 2019.

It’s important to note that these results were addressed in a preliminary way, laying the groundwork for a baseline to support future analysis. The aim was to generate an overview of the current situation regarding tourism in the area, stakeholder perceptions, and the territorial dynamics within the zone of influence.
